Old Town Temecula Outdoor Quilt Show

Today, I made my annual trek to the Old Town Temecula Outdoor Quilt Show.  It's always a lot of fun.  I've been popping over to it for years, long before I was a quilter.  This year I ran into Darlene, the SewCalGal, it was good to see her, but we didn't chat other than to say hello, there was just too much to see.

The quilts were grand, as usual, but I took far fewer photos.  I think I know more about quilting and I focused on the ones I really liked.  Here are my photos, pretty much in the order they were taken:

This quilt looks so complicated, but the layout is just brilliant.

Such a fun summery quilt.

I've been seeing a lot of "low volume" quilts, lately, and I think this one is lovely.  It was hanging from the 2nd story, I walked up the stairs to get a back view and the "legend".

This one is so simple, but complex, at the same time.
