Today, I completed my first swoon block. I really love it. I decided to change the background fabric, after consulting with my favorite consultant, Bob. This is the first time I've made flying geese; easy peasy. Only 8 more to go. The rest should be a bit faster. I'll keep posting them, as they're finished.
May your bobbins always be full,
I love it too. Your fabric combinations in this block really make it pop. I've got as far as purchasing the pattern and like the idea I saw somewhere of making a block, then adding borders to make a baby quilt.
ReplyDeleteIt looks great. Like the colors.
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty. The Swoon blocks showing up around the blogs are very appealing!
