I've started getting crafty, in anticipation of the gift giving season. My West Coast family shrunk, by half, a few years ago when Carrie and her family moved to NC. Since then, there are just four of us for the holidays; Sharon's BFF, lives close by in Temecula, and has started inviting us to join her extended family for Christmas dinner. It's always informal and so much fun. I only see these welcoming people once or twice a year, so it's always difficult to decide what to gift them. I've settled on handmade, and I gift the women and children. Perhaps one or two of these may make it to Temecula. Here's my tutorial for these.
