2011 Temecula Outdoor Quilt Show

Yes, today I went to the Temecula Outdoor Quilt Show.  I've been oggling the wonderful quilts at this show for years; long before I started quilting, two years ago.

It's wonderful to see Old Town Temecula draped in quilts.  The members of the various guilds do a wonderful job.

Quilts draped on this old wagon is always one of my favorite displays.
It was very hot, which I'm used to, and humid, which I'm not.  I didn't stay as long as I'd planned.  I took only half the number of photos, compared to previous years.

The weather people had predicted light rain, I'm sure glad they were wrong.

When I left the quilt show, I took my trusty sewing machine into the shop for service.  I should have it back by Tuesday.
May your bobbins always be full,

  1. G'day. All of those quilts looks just beautiful. The quilt shows are always a treat to visit, you see so many wonderful items from very talented people and you pick up some great ideas. I love them. Take care. Liz...

  2. Thanks for sharing those lovely images, looked like a grand day out.

  3. What a great idea - I'd love to attend something like that.

  4. What a neat quilt show! I've never been to one...I need to go.
