If you look back at all the quilts I've completed, you can tell that I love Zig Zag quilts. I've completed 4 Zig Zag Quilts out of 36. It's my most repeated motif. I have another at the long arm quilter, and one awaiting binding. I've made 6 Zig Zag quilts and I'm gonna make at least one more.
When I saw this great quilt, and the first thing I thought was, "I can do this!"

Keep tuned to see how clever I really am!
Speaking of clever, have you noticed my new blog design. I have 5 blogs and my lovely creative daughter Carrie, volunteered to update them all. I'd been thinking this needed to be done, but she's really busy with her design business, Sweet Faerie Designs, so I hesitated asking. It turned out that she needed guinea pig for some new things she wanted to try, and I was it. She did a great job. If you're thinking of an update for your blog, or just tweaking it, give Carrie a shout.
May your bobbins always be full,

I just love that fabric bundle.
ReplyDeleteG'day. Love those blue fabrics. Your zig zag quilt is great. I had a pattern for one some time ago, but gave it away without making it. Take care. Liz...
ReplyDeleteI like zig-zags too but have never tried one yet. I think it's the thought of all those triangles.

Love the zig-zag quilt. I've come here from Lily's and look forward to reading your blog.
