No plan, yet

After I cut the pieces for the "A Zig and A Zag Quilt Along", I figured that since I had to wait for the next set of instructions; why not add more fabric into the mix and start on a different quilt.  I really don't have a specific plan, yet, but I've decided to make HST the easy way, and take it from there.  I'm really leaning toward one like this from Rita:

I saw her quilt two years ago, when I first started quilting, and really love it.  I'll have to see what happens, when I start playing around with my HSTs.  I normally don't have more than one WIP, so this'll be interesting.

So far, I've cut (56) 7.5" squares of white fabric and (56) 7.5" squares of color fabric.  Next, probably on Monday, I'll match a white and a color square, right sides together and sew around all four sides.  Then each square will be cut twice, diagonally, to make 4 HSTs.  I'll have 224 HSTs, to help me decide what to do.
May your bobbins always be full,
